MAYO ANTI-FATIGUE MATS
Mayo Anti-Fatigue Mats are designed for areas where people spend a lot of time standing or walking e.g. in the parlour pit.
They are roughly 25mm deep x 1.8m x 1.22m, have a textured surface and very slightly textured underside.
The mats are lower density than most of the others in the range making them softer, more comfortable and, as with the entire range, they are highly shock absorbent.
Originally designed for use in parlour pits to help support and cushion the joints of milking operatives, this is an easy to install soft hygienic floor which has a plethora of uses from behind the bar in busy pubs to lying mats for garage mechanics when working under vehicles.
Installation is quick and simple – they are fitted snugly so they cannot move around – it is not necessary to fix or glue them down. The farmer could do this themselves.

Yes. Because the mats are essentially smooth underneath as opposed to having a void like some products, there is no place for dirt to collect. They will therefore be clean, albeit wet underneath
The mats are 100% non-absorbent and completely non-toxic so there is no issue with the dairy inspector. Also, because they are not fixed down & are so light, they are easily removed for cleaning.
